Swimming day!=D

Wees~ today wake up jus like few days ago lo..
here pain there pain..hahax
these few days has been busy doin exercise to kill my fats away!!
ahahahax!
well...today is no difference..=)
noon 2pm plus go cwp meet Terence slack at cwp..
so long nv meet laa bro..hahax..
slack all the way till 4 plus meet Alistair go slack again until 5 plus..
then i leave cwp go woodlands swimming complex there swim!!=)
first go Hin Ann house meet him and PBT go tgt..
reach ther swim around 3-4 laps..
start to talk liao lo..hahax..
until 7-8 plus leave le, go 167 there for dinner..=)
after finish the hong kong noodle then went straight to cwp wif Ann and PBT to hunt for the headset...
then after that went parsamalam slack!!
went home after the slacking..=D
